Processing Services involve a combination of custom-designed and operable services for finance, supply-chain, market support, banking and commerce. We achieve this through our independent profit
center– Business Analysis and Processing Support Group – BAPS which is fully customer centric and uses customer specific technology and services. We use automated management tools with dedicated help desks for proactive maintenance of systems and platforms. Combined with customer focused project teams, calling on shared skills and infrastructure, this delivers personalized service and economy of scale and scope.
