Processing Services involve a combination of custom-designed and operable services for finance, supply-chain, market support, banking and commerce. We achieve this through our independent profit
center– Business Analysis and Processing Support Group – “BAPS” which is fully customer-centric and uses customer specific technology and services. We use automated management tools with dedicated help-desks for pro-active maintenance of systems and platforms. Combined with customer-focused project teams, calling on shared skills and infrastructure, this delivers personalized service and economy of scale and scope.
About 45% of our business involves business process outsourcing and services, which are handled by independent groups trained, managed and monitored by our customer-centric Quality Policy.
