The documents are scanned and filed in the digital form in a hierarchical structure after adding attribute and collaboration information. It is the manual filing system on the computer with managed/secured access. The system can have a local repository at the branch office level that is accessed through the local network, as well as a centralized repository common to the geographically separated company’s business operations that can be accessed over the web. The system provides for accessing the right document in seconds, wherever it is filed and stored, in addition to information safety.
